Current mood: amused
Having a daddy that works at night is hard on Lexi. He's not there to eat dinner with or to tuck her in. About a year ago, I requested that Stefan call each night at bedtime to say goodnight to her so that he can be a part of her bedtime ritual. This means a lot to her and she looks forward to it each night.
When he calls, it is the usual "Hi, how are you?" or "What have you been doing today?" or "What are you going to do tomorrow?" Sometimes these conversations can go on for awhile. Then they say their good byes and off to dream world she goes.
Well, lately Lexi has been saying something during their good byes that just crack me and Stefan up. In a hurried way, she says "Good bye and I love you." But then she adds this...
"...and get CRAZY next week!!!"
